Shipping Information

Delivery time

The delivery time for items within the EU is usually 2 to 7 working days from receipt of payment. For orders from the USA, Asia, Africa, Australia or South America, the delivery time is up to 10 – 60 Days.

Delivery time information
The exact delivery time for your order is displayed in the shopping cart or on the product page when you order online. If you gave us your e-mail address when you placed your order, we will also send you an order confirmation in which you will receive confirmation of the delivery time. We will also provide you with further helpful information in connection with your order via your e-mail address.

Delays
If an item cannot be delivered at short notice or the promised delivery time is delayed, you will be informed by us by e-mail.

Logistics partner
The ordered items are packed with love by us and handed over to our logistics partner ready for dispatch. Please note that we unfortunately have no influence on delays caused by our logistics partner.

shipment tracking
Using your parcel identification number / shipment number, you can find out the current shipment status of your parcel at any time if the shipping method does not provide for parcel tracking.

Shipping costs and information:
The goods can be shipped within the EU as standard. Depending on the location of your order, the shipment can also be made abroad.

I. Shipping within Germany:
We ship free of charge within Germany.

II. Shipping within the EU:
For shipping within the EU, we charge 10 € shipping costs.

III. International shipping:
We also deliver (with reservation) to countries outside the EU: We charge a flat rate of 35 euros (approx. 40 $) for shipping outside the EU.
